Your LASIK procedure will be performed by Dr. Tin and his experienced team of professionals. We now offer state-of-the-art excimer lasers in our own optical suite. This will allow on-site continued care and greater flexibility for our patients, surgeon, our lasik team and staff.
LASERS
We offer all-laser LASIK using the Ziemer's FEMTOSECOND LDV laser which provides a wide spectrum of applications in corneal surgery, is a versatile, very powerful machine and has a design concept that intergrates seamlessly into LASIK procedures. It provides an "all-Laser LASIK" or "BLADELESS capability when used with an excimer laser and provides the following:
- Smooth surface of stromal bed.
- Smooth edges for optimal flap closure.
- Thin flaps of even thickness.
- Rapid healing and visual recovery.
- Excellent visual outcomes.
We perform our LASIK, PRK, LASEK and EPILASIK in-office surgeries with the ALLEGRETTO WAVE™ Excimer Laser System.This is the first excimer laser designed specifically for the Custom Wavefront™ LASIK procedure. It has one of the fastest eye trackers available today, which allows the laser to respond faster than ever before to the slightest eye movement during the procedure. The small laser spot size allows for a smoother surface after ablation and provides the following:
